Oh Hi! I’m Erin.
I’m a 20-something entrepreneur and small business owner with a passion for food, fitness, and fashion.
I live my life Primally, meaning that 90+% of the time I avoid grains, gluten, and sugar.
What do I eat then? Fat. Lotsa fat. And meat. And vegetables. Bacon makes my heart smile.
I’m an aspiring yogi and practice Budokon, a combination of Martial Arts, Meditation, and Ashtanga Yoga, on a near daily basis.
A new development in my life is the addition of a Leangains protocol concerning my fasting, feasting, and fitness. You can read more about these developments here.
I LOVE to bake…which basically contradicts my Primal Lifestyle….but I’m a proud member of the Daring Bakers, where I either indulge in a little 80/20 rule or I try and remove the grains and sugar from my desserts as well as I can
!
Want to know more about me? Uh…are you sure? If so, keep on readin’!
I went to the University of Virginia and graduated in 2009 with a double major in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science and a minor in Studio Arts.
I’ve always loved crafting and designing/making my own clothes. Urmm like this flouncy chiffon number seen here .
I’ve studied animal behavior for a good majority of my life and have worked with many intelligent creatures, including birds, horses, dogs, dolphins, and primates. Dolphins hold a very special place in my heart. My passion in life is to educate people about the protection of wild dolphins.
Oh. And this is Finnegan, my partner in crime. Also known as “Nani”. He is an absolute terror, and I love him immensely. There ain’t no love like a Wheaten’s love.
Alright so I guess that’s me. And my dog. I’m signing off. Glad to have you on board, people
.

Love your Blog! Following a similar plan, Paleo-Leangains, and still experimenting with my macros.
Keep up the good work!

Nick,
That is so awesome – you’ll definitely have to let me know how you’re doing!
Yea, the macros are definitely the toughest thing for me to nail down. I’m glad I have the prior experience in trying to plan this stuff out. I’m hoping that it will become clear after a while.
Best of luck to you as well
